Deluxe Flame Retardant Innerspring Mattress 5 1/4”

Spring Unit:

All springs are heat tempered high carbon steel. The spring unit is constructed of 13 ½ gauge wire. This unit features a 3¾” four turn Bonnell type coil.


Insulation:

A 1.75 ounce per square foot insulator pad is wrapped around the edges of the spring and stapled to the top and bottom with clinch staples. The pad is needle punched for increased strength and wear.


Upholstery:

A 1/2” Flame Retardant foam topper is stapled over the spring on the sleeping surface for extra comfort and support. The quilt top is flanged and stapled to the spring unit on all sides to keep it securely in place.


Quilting:

One layer of 1½ oz. Low Melt Fiber is multi-needle quilted to the damask cover on the sleeping surface to give the mattress a deep quilted look and feel. The borders are also multi-needle quilted to ¾ oz. Low Melt Fiber.


Bottom:

The material used on the bottom of the mattress is color coordinated with the damask ticking. It is a stitch-bonded material which is non-skid and abrasion resistant.


Height:

The overall crown height is 5 ¼” with a plus or minus of ¼”.

Construction:

All material edges are serged for additional strength and to prevent seam slippage. 1 ¼” color coordinated binding tape is used to enclose the mattress on both sides. Each mattress is bar tufted to insure that it will fold properly in the unit and to prevent the cover from shifting or twisting on the spring unit.


Packaging:

Each mattress is individually wrapped in plastic and heat sealed to protect it from dirt or damage during shipping and handling.


5” Dream Sleeper– Viscoelastic Sleeper Mattress

Core:

The core is comprised of 1 layer of Viscoelastic foam glued to 1 piece if high density fire retardant foam.


Quilting:

1 layer of 1 oz. Low Melt fiber is multi-needle quilted to the Jacquard ticking on the sleeping surface to give the mattress a deep quilted look and feel. The borders are also multi-needle quilted to ¾ oz. Low Melt Fiber.


Upholstery:

The mattress cover is Tape-edged around the core with color coordinated binding tape, giving it a clean and tailored look.

The material used on the bottom of the mattress is color coordinated with the Jacquard ticking. It is a stitch bonded material which is non-skid and abrasion resistant.


Label:

A professionally designed label is attached upon request.

The overall crown height is 5” with a plus or minus of ¼”.

One layer each of .5 oz. FR Barrier Fiber and 1 oz. Low melt fiber is multi-needle quilted to the damask cover on the sleeping surface to give the mattress a deep quilted look and feel. The borders are also multi-needle quilted to .5 oz. FR Barrier Fiber.


Bottom:

The material used on the bottom of the mattress is color coordinated with the damask ticking. It is an FR barrier fabric material which is non-skid and abrasion resistant.


Height:

The overall crown height is 6 1/4" with a plus or minus of 1/2".
